It was my first time visiting Sam's club & I was very impressed. They have so much to choose from; I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted to get. I know that you can get a membership online, but I didn't realize that you have to have a membership card to check out. Then they don't have plastic bags when you check out 🤔. I'm going to get a membership card & go back.

EDIT: Adding a star because the people at the Pharmacy and Tire departments were amazing in trying to help me out. Phone service? What phone service? We have called multiple times to see about availability for items that are marked out of stock online, but are typically available in store. Calling the store is useless, because the meat department's phone is "broken" according to the service person who answers the phone, sometimes. When I say sometimes, I mean, good luck. Out of three calls in, she answered once, and was very hard to understand because of the static on her end of the line. She thought putting me through to the bakery would work that way "someone could take the phone to the meat department." Which, sure, they're close to each other, so it made sense. It rang for three minutes, then automatically hung up on me. This is twice now. From the meat department to the bakery. No answer. Ringing for 3 minutes to automatically disconnect the call. Now I can't even get the person to pick up from the "service desk"-- To say this is ridiculous is an understatement. Please do something about your broken phones and abhorrent answer times. This is obnoxious for trying to get

This warehouse is my go-to for stocking up on everything from snacks and groceries to tech and home essentials. I absolutely love using their app feature that lets me scan items as I put them in my cart, so I can just pay on my phone and skip the long checkout lines entirely. The prices are fantastic for buying in bulk, and I usually can't resist grabbing a quick slice of pizza or a hot dog from the cafe on my way out because it's so cheap and tasty. It's a huge, bustling place, but if you go with a list and use the tech tools, it makes a big shopping trip feel incredibly easy and efficient. Sam's Club is definitely worth it for the savings and the convenience.

This store is so clean and always well stocked, so every visit is a great experience, but I want to really brag on the pharmacy staff. We transferred our pet meds to them, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. The prices were fantastic compared to what our vet is charging, so that was a nice surprise. The staff even worked into their lunch break to take care of us! So, we highly recommend this pharmacy and entire store. The membership is worth it!

What were you thinking? And then you proceeded to argue with my wife about not being able to write it on the side when the manager and worker approved it when we ordered it. And then instead of writing it on the side you took a small plate and just wrote it on the plate lazily. And then proceeded to glob green icing on the top to fix the mess up. Absolutely unprofessional.
